摘要
本研究选定我国南方克山病重病区楚雄市东瓜镇进行了病情与生态系硒等生命元素三年的动态监测。结果表明,克山病病情呈逐渐下降势态,与人体硒水平逐渐上升之间成为显著负相关关系。同时还发现病区人发中As、Hg含量显著高于对照非病点,并认为它们可能是该病区与低硒复合的致病因素。从动态变化的研究为克山病病情与生态系硒的密切关系提供了新的科学依据。
Keshan disease is an endemic cardiomyopathy. A great progress has been made in the study of relationship between its pathogenesis and selenium. It has been identified both in the external and internal environments that Se deficiency in eco-environment is a principal factor for the oc-curence of the disease. Since early 1980's, howe er, the incidence of Keshan disease have declined to various extent, in most of the disease affected areas, then people have put their attention to what is the reason for the decline of the disease incidence, especially to the relationship between Keshan disease development tendency and he variation of Se in eco-environment. In the present study a typical site, Donggua of Chuxiong county, which is the severely affected area in Southern China was selected to conduct the moni or research on the tendency of the disease incidence in relation to Se for three years from 1987 to 1989. The results were: of course, monitored site was really located in an eco-environment which lack of Se; it was found out that there was negative correlation between disease incidence (rate of electrocardiogram) and Se contents in hair and blood. In the three years the Se contents were 0.097-0.114-0.134μg/g for hair, and 0.016-0.022-0.029μg/ml for blood. At the same time it was found out that the contents of As and Hg in hair in the monitor site were apparently higher than that in the control area without the disease. The average values are 0.800 μg/g, 0.401 μg/g for As, 0.348μg/g, 0.099 μg/g for Hg respectively. Thus, this study not only provided the new evidence of the close relationship between Se and Keshan disease, but also showed that in some area As and Hg might be the combinative factors causing Keshan disaese when the principal factor is Se deficiency in the eco-environment.
