摘要
中小企业是市场经济最活跃的主体,在国民经济中的份额不断增加,其进一步发展的关键在于技术创新。本文分析了中小企业技术创新的优势,以及我国中小企业技术创新所面临的人才、技术、资金等方面的困境。并提出了法规建设、财税政策、扩展融资渠道、设立科技计划和完善社会服务体系诸方面的对策。
Small and medium enterprises are the most active main parts of market economy.Their share in national economy is continually increasing.The key to their further development lies in technical innovation.This paper analyses their advantages in technical innovation as well as their puzzledoms in qualified personnel,technology and funds.Therefore,it brings forward some counter measures:such as the setting up of come regulations,and financial and tax policies,expansion of financial channels,the making of scitech plans and perfection of the system of social services.
