摘要
目前,黑龙江省中小企业对外贸易发展较为迅速,已成为黑龙江省对外贸易的主力军,但中小企业在参与对外贸易过程中在企业自身、政策体制、社会服务体系、融资以及人才引进方面仍然受诸多因素的影响和限制。应加强法制环境的建设,创造宽松的政策环境,完善社会服务体系的建设,加大贷款担保工作力度,拓宽中小企业信息渠道。
At present, the development of small and medium enterprises in Heilongjiang Province＇s foreign trade is relatively fast. They have become the main force of Heilongjiang＇ s foreign trade. However, SMEs in participating in the process,are still affected by many factors and limitations,such as the enterprise＇s own foreign trade policy system, social service system, financing, and introduction of talents. So we should strengthen the construction of the legal environment, create a relaxed policy environment, improve the social ser- vice system, and increase loan guarantees efforts to broaden the channels of information for SMEs.
