General chemistry is a basic course for the engineering university students With the unique superiority,the experiment teaching on general chemistry plays an important role in the training of creative ability In this paper,we will study on the meaning of creative ability in high education,the characteristic of the creative thinking,the present situation of the experiment teaching on general chemistry,the design of the creative experiment teaching,and the method of the creative thinking training while passing on knowledge to the students
