摘要 介绍了浙江省 2 2 0 k V继电保护故障信息处理系统的设计方案。在省、地区、县 3级调度部门建立数据中心 ,采用数据网为主、拨号为辅的数据传输方式 ,对各电压等级的变电站继电保护装置和录波装置进行联网、信息集成与远传 ,同时接入变电站自动化系统 ;变电站采用 IEC61 85 0 ,1 0 3,Comtrade协议进行信息集成 ;调度中心端的通信中间件服务器与厂站端实现 IEC 61 85 0 XML信息交互 ;调度端组成继电保护专业信息系统 ,以 IEC61 970 XML构建通用信息总线 ,与其他系统进行信息交互。 The basic design for Zhejiang Provincial 220 kV power grid protection relay fault information system project is introduced. Master data centers together with master protection relay and fault information system are located on provincial, district, county dispatching centers, and communicate by digital data network and auxiliary PSTN. The IEDs such as relay protection devices, fault recording devices and GPSs, etc, are connected to one or several parallel installed new IEDs named as substation relay protection and fault information subsystem (PRFIS subs), functioning on information integration and data service as well. The PRFIS subs also communicate with the SAS m substations. The design of PRFIS subs follows IEC 61850 standard and adopts the IEC 61850, 103, Comtrade information protocols. One or parallel installed communication middleware servers located on the master side serve the communication with remote PRFIS subs based on 61850 XML, as well as the background application based on master relational data system. Master PRFIS consists a professional MIS and high level analysis system, and a 61970 XML server serves for information exchange data bus with the other systems in dispatching center.
