摘要 根据电力监控系统的体系结构,提出了电力监控系统在实时级和应用级互联的一种新概念,探讨了电力监控系统在实时级互联的基本理论和技术,并通过两种不同类型的实际系统成功互联的尝试,验证了该理论和技术的可行性,为电力监控系统实时级互联提供了可以借鉴的经验。 According to the architecture of electric power supervisory and control system,a new concept of interconnection of electric power supervisory and control systems on real-time and application basis is proposed.The basic principle and technique of supervisory and control system interconnection on real-time basis are discussed.The feasibility of the proposed principle and technique is verified by a given sample of interconnection of two different kinds of actual supervisory and control systems.Meanwhile,some useful experiences about the interconnection of electric power supervisory and control systems on real-time basis are given.
