摘要
综述了反应生成金属基复合材料的国内外研究现状 根据参与合成增强体的两个反应组分的状态不同,现有的反应制备工艺可分为固-固、气-液、液-液、固-液四种反应模式,并详细介绍了各种反应模式所包含的方法和技术 笔者对各种工艺的优缺点分别进行了讨论。
The research progress on reactionprocessed metal matrix composites (MMC) is reviewed. According to different states of the two components that participate in the synthesis of the reinforced body, the fabrication methods of reactionprocessed MMCs can be divided into four types, i.e., solidsolid, gassolid, liquidliquid, and solidliquid. The methods and techniques of the above four types are introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed respectively. The existing problems and future trends of reactionprocessed MMCs are also discussed.
