摘要
纳米颗粒增强铜基复合材料具有独特的结构特征、优异的力学性能,与纯铜近似的导电、导热性能,是一种有着广泛应用领域的功能材料。综述了纳米颗粒增强相的类型及选用原则,论述了纳米颗粒增强铜基复合材料的制备方法以及颗粒增强相的类型、颗粒增强相的含量、制备工艺三方面对复合材料性能的影响,并对将来材料的研究方向进行了展望。
Copper- based composite materials reinforced by nano- particles have unique structural features and excellent mechanical properties. Its electric and heat conductivity properties are similar to pure copper. So it can be applied in many fields. This article introduces the kinds of nano - particles and the choosing principle, discusses the influence of three aspects on the properties of composite materials including fabricating technique and the kinds of nano - particles, the content of nano - particles and fabricating process. Finally, research direction in the future is given on the copper- based composite materials.
