孝感米酒,历史悠久,驰名中外。从原始的家酿户制,走向手工作坊,从手工作坊走向工厂化、半机械化生产,孝感米酒都充分展示了“孝文化”的魅力,为地方经济作出了巨大贡献。但是在二十世纪八十年代经济体制改革中,以及二十世纪九十年代现代企业机制推进过程中,孝感米酒还是囿于地方特产,整个行业在产业化“巅蜂”期间没有突破年产八万吨,各级领导干部和广大企业有志之士都为此而“头疼”。随着全球经济一体化进程,促进孝感米酒行业与时俱进,已是当务之急。
The Xiaogan Rice - wine is world - famors with a very long history.
