摘要
白酒新标准函审初稿已定,新标准把新认定的香型行业标准纳入国标,体现了白酒国家标准的广泛性规范化管理,对分析方法进行了科学的更新,体现了行业技术创新与进步。鉴于低度白酒的不稳定性,建议增加保质期;白酒理化卫生指标的单位建议应统一规范。
The preliminary draft of liquor new standards had been passed through. In the new standards, trade standards of newly-defined liquor flavor types was brought under international standards, which embodied the universality and standardization of national liquor standards, and the scientific updating of liquor analytical methods embodied the technical innovation and improvement of liquor-making industry. In view of the problem of instability of low alcohol liquor, the advice of increasing shelf period had been put forward. Besides, the unified and normative measure units of liquor physiochemical and sanitary indexes should be established as soon. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
