摘要
本文采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术,通过对样品中C19—C28的全程均能分析来对食品中的矿物油进行测定。其结果比化学法准确、灵敏。
A method for determination of claroline(C19~C28)in food is performed by the use of gas chromatography in hyphenation with mass spectrometry.This method is much accurate and sensitive than other chemical method.
