电站锅炉低NO_X燃烧技术的发展与探讨 被引量:16

Development and discussion of low NO_X combustion technique for power plant boiler

摘要 燃煤电站锅炉 NOX 的排放特性不但与燃烧技术有关 ,而且与煤种、炉温、锅炉容量、锅炉结构以及运行参数等因素有关。对电站锅炉 NOX生成原理和降低 NOX 排放浓度的途径进行了介绍 ,通过对分级送风、燃料分级燃烧和低 NOX 燃烧器等几种低 NOX 燃烧技术的分析 ,提出了复合低 NOX 燃烧技术是电站锅炉低NOX The NO X emission property of coal fired boiler in power plant is not only concerned with combustion technique, but also with other factors such as coal characteristics, furnace temperature, boiler capacity, boiler structure and operation parameters. The NO X formation principle and the NO X reduction approaches were introduced. Through the analysis of several low NO X combustion techniques such as combustion by staged air supple and staged fuel supply, low NO X burners, it was concluded that the compound low NO X combustion technique will reduce NO X emission for boiler in the future.
