摘要
在内径32mm、高1100mm的流化床焚烧炉实验台上,进行含苯胺(C6H5NH2)有机废液焚烧实验研究,得出苯胺中有机氮转化为NOx的转化率与温度、过剩空气系数α以及含氮量之间的变化规律.结果表明:随着温度的升高,有机氮转化为NOx的转化率逐渐降低;当α〉1.0~1.1时,随着α的增加,有机氮转化为NOx的转化率增加,其中800—850℃下增加幅度较小,900~950℃下增加的幅度较大,当α〈1.0时,有机氮转化为NOx的转化率迅速降低,在α=0.8时有机氮转化为NOx的转化率降到5%以下;随着废液中有机氮含量的增加,有机氮转化为NOx的转化率降低,且受温度影响很大.
The characteristic of NOx emission from the incineration of organic wastewater containing aniline (C6H5NH2) from lab was investigated at 800 -950℃ in a bench scale bubbling fluidized bed. The results show that the conversion of organic N to NOx is influenced by the temperature, the excess air and the content of organic nitrogen in wastewater. The conversion of N - NOx decreases with increasing in temperature. When excess air coefficient is larger than 1.0 - 1.1, the conversion of N - NOx increases with increasing in excess air coefficient, while when excess air is less than 1.0, the conversion of N - NOx decreases rapidly to 5 percent at the excess air coefficient of 0. 8. With the increase of aniline concentration in wastewater, the conversion of N - NOx decreases, and is strongly deoendent on temperature.
