摘要
分析挤出模头结构的特点发现,挤出模头的环形流道、圆形流道以及锥形流道都可以看成是锥环形流道的特例。计算塑料熔体在锥环形流道中停留时间的一般公式可稍作推广即可应用到其它形状的流道计算中。讨论了各种挤出参数对停留时间的影响,尤其对振动参数的影响进行了较全面的分析。
This paper analysed the design feature of the extrusion die head and found out that the ring channel,circular channel and conical channel of extrusion die could be treated as a special case of the taper ring channel.Some relative equations which are deriveted from the general calculation formula of residence time of plastic melt in the taper ring channel,could be applied to other configurations of channel.The influence of various extrusion parameters on the residence time was discussed,especially the influence of vibration parameter was widely analysed.
