摘要 运动可以通过多种途径来增加骨无机盐密度,但激烈的有氧运动也对骨密度产生负面影响。大强度有氧训练可影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,月经周期变得不规则或停止。它与训练强度,热能限制,心理应激有关。低血雌激素浓度对骨有多种作用,特别是尽管仍有高水平运动,骨密度降低。维生素K缺乏时骨钙蛋白的钙结合能力下降及影响骨代谢。 Exercise affects the skeleton to increase bone mineral density in some ways,but intensive aerobic exercise can adversely affects on bone density.Intensive aerobic training can affect the HPS axis,The menstrual cycle may then become irregular or even cease.It is related to training intensity,calorie restriction and psychological stress.Low blood ostrogen concentration has several effects on the skeleton,in particular a reduction in bone density despite high level of exercise.During Vk-deficient,the calcium-binding capacity of osteocalcin decrease and affect on bone metabolism.
