摘要
应用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对蛋白质和淀粉两类生物大分子体系进行了研究。研究了3’-叠氮-2’, 3’-二脱氧胸苷(AZT)对人体细胞骨架蛋白-actins的毒副作用和脱脂米粉与未脱脂米粉淀粉的糊化。结 果显示出差示扫描量热法在生物化学分析中应用的可行性。
This essay introduces the wide use of Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) in the study of the two biological molecular types of protein and farina, studying the toxicity and side effect of AZT to the framework actins of human body and the burning of degreased and non-degreased farina, and views the wide application of Differential Scanning Calorimeter technology in the future.
