摘要
研究枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂对大白菜根肿病的防治效果。连续2年开展枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂田间药效试验。枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂防治大白菜根肿病,用量0.125×10~8~0.2×10~8cfu/g枯草芽孢杆菌,移栽前蘸根,移栽后灌根4次,防效达53.1%~65.1%。枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂对大白菜根肿病具有良好防治效果,对作物安全,是防治大白菜根肿病较好的生物制剂。
The study focused on the control effect of Bacillus subtilis WP against Cabbage Plasmodiophora Brassica.The field efficacy trials were implemented during the two successive years.The product was diluted to 0.125×10~8~0.2×10~8cfu/g Bacillus subtilis and used by root dipping for pre-transplanting and root irrigating for post-transplanting with the control effect of 53.1%~65.1%.Bacillus subtilis WP had a good controlon Cabbage Plasmodiophora Brassica.
