摘要
钴(Ⅱ)离子与半胱氨酸的极谱催化波已研究得很多。本文对钴(Ⅱ)离子与色氨酸在H_3BO_2-NaOH(pH=9)缓冲底液中的极谱催化前波进行了形成条件、吸附性能和电极还原过程的研究。
A new polarographic prewave of Co(Ⅱ) with tryptophan (Trp) in borate buffer (pH=9) is reported. The adsorption characteristics of tryptophan and its complex Co(Ⅱ)Trp, which was formed at the surface of static mercury drop electrode were investigated. The complex has a composition of 1:1 and corresponds to a prewave, while another complex of composition 1:2 may be formed at a more negative potential than the reduction potential of the hydrated Co(Ⅱ) ion. By the method of double-step chronocoulometry, the area of the adsorbed 1:1 complex was found to be 0.97nm^2.
