摘要 神经生长因子(NGF)是最早发现和最典型的神经营养因子,其生物学效应可以分为神经系统和非神经系统两大类,有促进神经元分化、保护效应神经元、诱导神经纤维定向生长和再生等多种效应。NGF生理作用的发生与其高亲和受体密切相关,NGF释放后和细胞膜受体结合形成NGF-NGF受体复合物,通过细胞内蛋白激酶系统,引起一系列生物效应。许多研究表明中枢神经系统(CNS)的损伤能触发损伤组织中多种营养因子的表达,其中NGF能被多种损伤因素所诱导表达。脑损伤可使NGF及其受体水平发生变化,在CNS创伤后表达增高对创伤修复有重要意义。本文对NGF及其受体、基因转录及调控、生物学效应和NGF在CNS创伤中作用等的研究进展进行综述。
