摘要
简述清河门矿煤泥水加药絮凝、实现闭路循环的过程,因地质条件差异,清河门矿选煤废水中矸石含量偏高,从而造成选煤废水中悬浮物成分复杂,悬浮物质中矸泥粒细微,呈胶体状态分布,自然沉降困难,单一絮凝剂效果不好,或不能沉降,经多次试验研究,采用添加两种絮凝药品,一种大分子、一种小分子分三点加药絮凝方式,其中的小分子主要的作用是使其混凝物断链,使其选煤废水迅速沉降,解决了其闭路循环问题。
The article introduced the slime -water from Qinghemen coal processing plant added flocculation to finish closed circulation .Because of difference of geological conditions, The content of rock in slime-water from Qinghemen coal processing plant is much higher, which leads to complicating components in slime-water suspended granule existing in state of colloid ,so self-sedimentation is difficult and flocculation is ineffective . Through many times of experiment research ,we adopt two kinds of flocculation chemicals that are added in three points thus realizing the water's closed circuit circulation .That method is simple ,and the result is obvious .
