摘要
根据海州矿排水坑矿井水的水质特点,通过理论分析和技术比较确定了水处理的工艺流程,工艺流程主要由混凝、沉淀、过滤、电渗析和消毒等处理单元组成,并对重点处理单元的主要影响因素进行了理论分析和实验研究。在混凝阶段通过烧杯搅拌实验确定了最佳混凝剂、混凝剂的最佳投量和最佳pH值。在电渗析阶段采用电压—电流法确定了极限电流,以避免极化沉淀的产生。研究结果表明,经各单元处理的矿井水既可满足矿区生产用水的需求,也可达到生活饮用水的要求。
According to the qualities of the mine drainage of Haizhou Open-pit Coal Mine of Haizhou,the technological process which is composed of coagulation,settling,filtration,electro dialysis and disinfection units is determined by the theoretical analysis and the technical comparison,and a lot of theory analysis and experimental studies have been carded out mainly for the important influence factors of each treatment unit.In the coagulation stage,by the experiments of coagulation stir the optimal coagulant,the optimum dosage and pH of the coagulation are determined.In the electro dialysis stage,by the experiments of voltage-electricity the limiting current are determined to avoid polarized precipitates.The results of studies show that the mine drainage can meet the production water quality standards of mining area after each processing units and can also achieve the drinking water quality standards.
