合成己二腈反应技术——(Ⅳ)鼓泡外循环反应器中气、液流动特性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据己二酸液相氨化制己二腈反应的特点,提出了一个由鼓泡气提塔和外循环降膜反应器组合的新型复合反应器。实验研究了气液两相的流动特性,获得了在该新型反应器中,在高气速操作下,气含率的经验关联式:ε_G=0.544u_G^(0.47)(72/σ)^(0.11)(ρ_L/1)^(0.25)在较宽的气速范围内测定了液相循环速度,证实了存在最小起始循环气速,得出了描述表观液相循环速度的关联式:u_(LR)=0.20(H_S/L)^(1.8)(u_G—u_(GS))^(0.65)(1/ρ_L)u_(GS)=3.65[1-(H_S/L)]^(2.13)(σ/72)^(0.234)(1/ρ_L)^(0.532)并对该反应器的液相总体 RTD 进行了测定,得出该复合反应器相当于1.4~2个釜的串连。 A new type of reactor,which incorporates a gas-lift bubble column with the external recycle falling-film column,has been developed to meet the special needs for adiponitrile synthesis by ammoniation of adipic acid.Hydrodynamics in this compound reactor has been investigated experimentally.An empirical correlation of gas hold-up at high gas flow rate was given by 79 /~, ~,~ = O. 544.,:~~7 ( ' -)~' (-~5 )~'2~ ~7 1 The recycle rate of liquid phase was measured within a wider gas flow range. The results showed that there exists a minimum gas flow rate for starting the recycle of liquid phase,the empirical correlations of the superficial recycle velocity of liquid phase and the minimum gas velocity to start recycling were obtained as shown below: u_(LR)=0.20(H_S/L)^(1.8)(u_G-u_(GS))^(0.65)(1/ρ_L) u_(GS)=3.65[1-(H_S/L)]^(2.13)(σ/(72))^(0.234)(1/ρ_L)^(0.532) Furthermore,the experimental determination of overall liquid RTD confirmed that the compound reactor corresponds to 1.4~2 CSTR in series.
