摘要
模拟合成己二腈工业反应器的试验装置,在高气速下对空气-水体系进行冷态模拟研究,考察了气液两相的传质和流动特性,获得了传质系数、气含率等参数的经验关联式。试验发现在高气速下,气液两相在列管中流动时,存在上升和下降两种流型,并随机地交替变换。为此,提出了一种能使列管中气液两相作定向导流流动的结构型式,为改进工业反应器结构和操作型式提供了技术依据。
A cold model of the commercial reactor for adiponitrile synthesis has been constructed for the study of mass transfer between gas and liquid as well as the flow behaviour in the reactor at high gas flowrates,using air-water as the working system.Empirical equations correlating the mass transfer coefficient and gas holdup were obtained.It was observed that in the tubes of the reactor,at high gas flowrates,two flow patterns,the upflow and downflow,co-exists and alters stochastically. Based on the experimental study,a modified reactor structure which enables the gas and liquid flow under guided direction was designed.Hence,it affords the possibility to improve the structure and operating mode of the industrial reactor.
