现代机械制造系统监控和诊断技术的研究与发展

Research on the Monitoring and Fault Diagnosing Technologies in the Modern Machine Manufacturing System and Their Trend

摘要 在现代机械制造过程中,随着柔性和集成制造系统的发展,整个机械制造过程是在计算机控制下自动进行的,没有或很少需要人为干预,因此,制造过程中的过程监控与故障诊断是系统正常运行和产品质量的技术保证。本文介绍了现代机械制造系统监控与诊断系统的技术原理和系统组成结构,并讨论了系统的研究与发展方向。 With the development in FMS and CIMS for the modern machine manufacturingsytem, the process monitoring and fault diagnosing are the technical guranteesof the machine tool function and the product quality in the manufacturing processbecause all of the manufacturing process is of automatization controlled bycomputer, which is not or rarely controlled by person. This paper introduces thetechnical principle and the components of the monitoring and fault diagnosingsystem for the modern machine manufacturing system, and discusses the trendof ressearch and development of them.
