摘要
从分析柔性制造系统(FMS)的故障机理出发,搭建FMS集成诊断系统总体框架,重点介绍FMS状态监测与故障诊断子系统的结构、硬件组成及其软件结构,并给出该系统的实现方法。
According to the failure mechanism of flexible manufacturing system (FMS) , the overall framework of the FMS integrated diagnosis system was built. The architecture, hardware component and software architecture of FMS condition monitoring and fault diagnosis subsystem were introduced mainly. The implementation method of the subsystem was given.
