摘要
目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与肿瘤生物学关系。方法 :对国内外文献进行归纳 ,分析和总结。结果 :端粒酶活性检测在乳腺癌、结肠癌、胃癌及卵巢肿瘤等肿瘤的实验及临床应用研究方面有重要进展。结论 :端粒酶活性检测在恶性肿瘤早期诊断 ,良、恶性鉴别 ,肿瘤术后复发和预后及治疗等多方面有重要价值 ,是最重要的临床肿瘤标记物之一。
Objective:To explore the relation between telomerase activity and tumor biology.Methods:To analyses and sum up the relative literatures.Results:There was an important advances in basic research and clinical application in breast cancer and stomach cancer.Conclusion:To test the activity of telomerase has certain value in diagnosis of tumor and the activity of telomerase has become one of the important markers of the tumor.
