摘要
中国法学教育从大学建立之初就缺乏社会基础 ,因此经历了百年坎坷。而欧洲大学在建立大学之时 ,法学就是大学的支柱性基础学科。这不仅对大学的发展起到了重要作用 ,也对欧洲依法办学。
Law education in China has gone through twists and turns since its emergence in early 20th century for lack of solid social fundation . But in Europe, law education was considered one of the key disciplines in universities from the very biginning and has enjoyed well development since then. The progress of the discipline helped to promote the development of the European universities as well as the society from the perspective of rule of law.
