摘要
法律诊所教学对高职法律教育的价值主要体现在能够做到理论学习与法律实践相统一,能够提升学生综合运用法律知识的能力,促进法科学生学习模式的转变。法律诊所教学可以采取头脑风暴法、苏格拉斯式提问法、角色扮演和视频录像法、个案全过程法等方法。法律诊所教学要注意组建合理的教学团队、选择合适的教学内容和教学方法、明确法律诊所教学的考核评价标准。
The clinical legal education in vocational colleges of politics and law can contribute to the unification of theory and practice, improve the capacity of law, and transform the learning pattern. The teaching methods of clinical legal education includes questioning method, brainstorming method, role playing method, video teaching method, the case for the whole process of teaching. The clinical legal education must organize a reasonable teaching team, choose the appropriate teaching method, and establish the teaching evaluation criteria.
