摘要
我国已加入WTO ,高校图书馆要立于不败之地 ,就要按照“与时俱进”要求 ,加强和改进馆员的继续教育。为此 ,必须努力提高思想认识 ,充分了解教学目的 ,熟练掌握教学内容 ,不断完善保障机制 ,使广大馆员成为中国先进文化前进方向的忠实代表。
Since China has already entered the WTO, in order to obtain an invincible position in the severe competition, the librarians working in the college libraries should strengthen and improve their continuing education to meet the requirements of “developing with the times”. Therefore, we must strive to deepen our understanding, fully comprehend the teaching purposes, skillfully master the teaching contents, and perfectly better the guarantee mechanism, and fruitfully enable the librarians to be the faithful representatives of Chinese advanced culture.
