探讨了对图书馆大量的临时工作人员实行岗位培训应遵循的原则,重点介绍了几种比较适合现阶段图书馆临时工作人员的培训方法。
This paper probes into the principles that should be followed in practicing the job training for library's temporary workers, and introduces emphatically several more proper training methods for library's temporary workers in the current period.
