顶喷法处理中磷生铁脱磷实验研究

摘要 本文介绍了在100kg的炉子上采用钙系熔剂炉外处理含磷量为0.4—0.5%的中磷生铁的实验结果.研究了生铁中初始含硅量、供氧制度和喷粉制度对生铁脱磷的影响.实验结果表明,供氧制度和喷粉制度是改善脱磷保碳的重要工艺参数.计算了生铁炉外脱磷时物料平衡和热平衡. This paper presents the experimental results on the external pretreatment of medium phosphorus pig iron containing 0.4-0.5%P with CaO-based fluxes on a 100 kg scale top-blown furnace. The effects of the initial silicon content of pig iron, oxygen supply and injected powder fluxes on dephosphorization of pig iron are studied. Experimental results show that the rules of operation for supplied oxygen and injected powder fluxes are important for improving the removal of phosphorus and inhibiting oxidation of carbon. Material and heat balance for external dephosphorization of medium phosphorus pig iron are calculated and presented.
