摘要
随着铝电解技术的不断发展,铝电解过程中对阴极炭块寿命的要求越来越高,阴极炭块寿命的长短是铝电解的主要技术经济指标。本文通过研究阴极组中磷生铁的尺寸以及阴极炭块、钢棒和磷生铁三者接口处形状的改变对应力和温度的影响,提出了防止阴极炭块开裂的方法和思路。
With the increasing of aluminum reduction technology, longer service life of the cathode carbon block is specified during aluminum reductionwhich is the main economic index. In this paper, influences of the size of cast iron and the interface shape of cathode carbon block, steel bar and cast ironon stress and temperature are studied, and the method and thinking which can prevent the cathode carbon block from cracking are proposed.
