摘要
本文揭示了工业成本的经济内涵和技术内涵,指出工业工程的本身,就是致力于提高经济效益最直接、最有效的成本技术,并强调进行工业成本的设计,设立成本工程师职位,确定成本标准,是降低工业成本的最根本的途径之一。
This paper discusses economic and technological contents of industrial cost,and points out that industrial engineering itself is the most direct and efficient cost technology to improve economic benefit.It is emphaiszed that carrying on cost design,giving positions to cost engineers,and establishing cost standards are the most cardinal way to cut down the industrial cost.
