摘要
从设计方法学出发，通过揭示产品设计与其制造成本之间的内在联系，研究了在产品设计的各个阶段进行成本估算的简化方法，提出了指数形式的通用成本函数，建立起统计法估算成本的系统总体结构模型．同时在微机上开发了一套实用的成本估算软件ＣＥ，供工业界使用．
Based on design methodology,the paper gives a study on a simplifiedmethod of cost estimation at each of the product design processes by promulgating the inherent relationship between product design and the manufacturing cost. The paperadvances an exponential model for the generalized cost function,creates the overallstructure model of cost estimation by the statistic method.The author has developedCE,a practical cost estimation software for use with PCs at the factory level.
