摘要
用化学共沉淀法在不同条件下制备 Fe_2O_3掺杂不同浓度 NiO 的气敏材料,再利用分光光度法对其上层清液及沉淀中的 Fe^(3+),Ni^(2+)进行跟踪检测.结果表明,通过调整掺杂量、选择适当的沉淀剂及最适宜的酸度,可得到较理想的气敏材料.
The gas sensitive materials of Fe_2O_3 doped with various ratio of NiO are made by chemi- cal co-precipitation through changing precipitant and acidity.Fe^(3+)and Ni^(2+)of supernatant liquor and precipitation are tracked by spectophotometry.It is shown that the ideal gas sen- sitive material can be made by regulating dopant concentration,selecting optimal precipitant and acidity.
