摘要
根据三坐标测量机空间误差与几何误差关系,使用Renishaw检查规,通过测量xy、yz和xz平面内特定圆周上各点的空间误差,可快速获得垂直度误差.使用该方法可快速、准确和方便地检测三坐标测量机垂直度误差,在安装和调试大量程三坐标测量机时,可快速检测,根据检测结果及时调整,方便快捷.
A fast method for measuring squareness errors of coordinate measuring machine(CMM) is presented in this paper. According to the relation between volumetric errors and geometric errors of CMM, squareness errors can be quickly obtained based on measuring volumetric errors of some specific circles on xy,yz and xz planes with Renishaw check gauge.During the installation and adjustment of CMM with large measuring range, the squareness errors can be measured quickly,accurately and conveniently by this method.
