摘要
针对目前数控机床的精度强化技术,提出误差补偿需经误差测量、误差建模及系统融合。分析了国内外测试仪器及方法,指出了主要存在精度和效率的矛盾及目前关键是开发高性能测试仪器的问题。
This paper proposed a method for improving the CNC machine tool accuracy,it includes error measurement,error modeling,error compensation.Also analyzed the device and method used in homeland and abroad,there have low accuracy and time consuming shortage.The very current mask is to develop high-property equip ments.
