摘要
经济全球化下的市场竞争使得企业面临着严峻的生存和发展挑战,企业供应链管理越来越受到重视。本文从供应链这一概念入手,阐述了供应链管理的全球化发展趋势,认为它是一种新型合作竞争理念。文章指出全球化供应链管理是当今国际市场中企业竞争之利器,通过其运作机制能够提高企业的国际竞争力。在我国加入世贸组织,经济全面融入全球化,走新型工业化道路的形势下,实施全球化供应链管理成为必不可少的环节。为此文章提出了一系列的相应措施。
In an age of globalization, enterprises are faced with grave challenges of survival and development in market competition,and supply chain management is receiving ever increasing attention. This paper .starting with the concept of supply chain .elabroates on the global development trend in the area of supply chain, thinking that it is a new concept of cooperation and competition. It points out that globalized supply chain management is in the present internation market an efficient instrument by compaines for competition. Through its operational mechanism,companies can boost their competitive edge in the international market. In situations in which china has entered TWO, its economy is comprehensively globalized and is on the way to a new industrialization. Supply chain management is an indispensable link in globalizaing. To this end,this paper proposes a series of measures to be taken.
