摘要
供应链管理是 2 1世纪企业管理的发展趋势。本文首先分析了供应链管理的本质 ,然后着重对供应链管理软件的特征进行探讨 ,并给出了我国企业的应对策略。
Supply Chain Management(SCM) is the tendency of enterprise management in 21st century. The paper first makes an analysis on the essence of SCM, then discusses with emphasis on the properties of SCM software, the corresponding strategy of our state-owned enterprise is given as well.
