摘要
介绍了危机管理的内涵 ,论述了军队医院引入危机管理的必要性和实施危机管理的现实意义 ,并结合医院实际 ,提出了以强化危机意识、加强医疗风险预测与评估、健全危机管理机制、提高危机防范能力为主要内容的危机管理策略 ,从而进一步阐明了危机管理是加强军队医疗质量建设。
In this article, the author introduced the intention of crisis management, illustrated the necessity and significance of introducing crisis management, and put forward strategy of crisis management as strengthening crisis consciousness, enhancing risk forecast and evaluation of medical treatment, improving crisis management mechanism, advancing crisis management strategy of preventing crisis, and therefore definitude the crisis management as the guarantee of strengthening quality construction and continual development of military hospital.
