摘要
目的 :制定较为合理的平均住院日控制标准。方法 :调查 3所三级甲等医院 2 0 0 0年 1月 1日至 2 0 0 1年 12月 31日99 113条出院病例数据 ,采用《病例分型质量管理系统》软件进行分型处理 ,用 SAS6 .12软件进行描述性统计分析。结果 :制定平均住院日标准值计算公式。结论 :利用病例分型原理计算平均住院日控制标准是合理可行的。
Objective: Establishing reasonable control standard of average length of stage in hospital. Method: Investigating 99 113 cases, who are now out of hospital, in 3 top grade hospitals, classifying with software of 'Case Variety Quality Management System', analyzing with SAS 6.12. Result: Establishing formula for calculating standard value of average length of stage. Conclusion: It's reasonable and feasible in calculating controlling standard of average length of stage.
