摘要
目的 评价更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法 带状疱疹 80例分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例用更昔洛韦针剂 0 .2 5g/d静脉滴注治疗 ,对照组 30例用阿昔洛韦针剂 0 .5 g/d静脉滴注治疗 ,比较两组疗效。 结果 治疗后第 7天随访 ,治疗组有效率为 82 .0 % ,对照组有效率为 70 .0 % ,经ridit检验 ,两组差异有显著性 ,两组的不良反应均较轻。结论 更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹是安全和有效的。
Objective To evalute the efficacy and safety of ganciclovir of the treatment on herpes zoster(HZ).Methods In this study,80 cases of HZ were recruited. 50 cases in experiment-group were treated with intravenous ganciclovir 0.25 g/d,while the other 30 cases in control-group with intravenous aciclovir 0.5 g/d.Results Follow up in 7 days,the effective rate in experiment-group was 82.0 %,and the effective rate in control-group was 70.0 %.Significant difference was found in efficacy between the two groups using ridit test. The side effects of both medicine were mild.Conclusion Ganciclovir is safe and effective in the treatment of HZ.
