摘要
目的:观察阿奇霉素干糖浆治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果.方法:应用阿奇霉素干糖浆对1～14岁的儿童肺炎支原体肺炎54例的治疗效果与同期对照组1～14岁儿童41例应用红霉素治疗作比较,采用Ridit检验进行统计分析.结果:应用阿奇霉素干糖浆治疗效果优于红霉素,u=2.085,P＜0.05,差异有显著意义,并且胃肠道反应发生率明显低于红霉素.结论:阿奇霉素干糖浆治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效优于红霉素,胃肠道反应明显比红霉素小,且服药简单方便.阿奇霉素可作为治疗支原体的首选药物.
Object: To observe the effect of the child' s mycoplasma pneumonia treated by azithromycin syrup. Methods: With the analysis of Ridil of test, we compare the effect of 54 cases of child' s mycoplasma pneumonia aged 1 to 14 year treated by azithromycin Syrup with the contrast group of 41 cases aged 1 to 14 year treated by erythromycin of the corresponding period. Result: The treating effect of azithromycin syrup is better than that of erythromycin, u = 2. 085, P < 0. 05, it has statistically difference. And the gastrointestinal tract reaction rate is distinctly lower than that of erythromycin. Conclusions: The treating effect of child' s mycoplasma pneumonia with azithromycin syrup is better than that with erythromycin, and the gastrointestinal tract reaction is distinctly lower than that with ery-thromycin. However, it is easy and convenient to take orally. With the comparison of the antibiosis activity, drug medicine dynamics and compliance, Azithromycin is the first choice medicine to treat mycoplasma complately.
