摘要
目的 探讨术前护理访视提高手术患者对麻醉、手术依从性的方法和效果。方法 建立和实施术前护理访视模式 ,调研 2 0 0 0年 9月至 2 0 0 2年 9月所实施的 92 96例手术患者的术前护理访视情况 ,采用护士长监控及ZUNG氏自评量表 (SAS、SDS)问卷调查的方法 ,进行术前护理访视质量和效果评估。结果 访视评估结果为优秀的 32 5 4份 (35 % )、良好 4 6 4 0份 (4 9.9% )、一般 14 0 2份 (15 .1% ) ,访视患者满意率从访视前的 86 .3%提高到 10 0 % ;手术患者未行术前护理访视和实施术前护理访视后 ,其手术前后定量SAS评分 ,焦虑因子量化值分别为 32 .96± 11.4、31.2 2± 12 .1和 33.4 1± 8.4 6、2 9.5 8± 9.6 8,两组患者术后差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而实施术前护理访视后 ,量化分值进一步降低 ,差异非常显著 ;抑郁因子SDS实施术前护理访视及手术前后均无显著差异。结论 术前护理访视模式的制定和实施具有较好的可操作性和可行性 ;减缓了手术患者存在的焦虑、恐惧 ,可提高手术患者的麻醉、手术依从性 。
Objective To investigate the technique of preoperative nursing interview and its effect on compliance of anesthesia and operation.Methods The preoperative nursing interview pattern was established and employed in 9 296 operative patients from September 2000 to September 2002. Quality and outcome of the preoperative nursing interview were evaluated by head nurse monitoring and SAS,SDS questionnaire.Results The outstanding rate of quality evaluation to preoperative nursing interview pattern was over 85%, and patient satisfactory rate increased from 86.3% to 100%. Compared with control group, the value of preoperative anxiety decreased significantly in the nursing interview group, but there was no significant difference in the value of depression factor before and after operation.Conclusion The preoperative nursing interview is a better method to relieve anxious and panic emotions of operative patients, and increase the compliance of patients to anesthesia and operation, benefiting rehabilitation of operative patients.
