摘要
目的 :研究乳山市人口常见恶性肿瘤流行特征。方法 :收集乳山市 1970～ 1974年全人口死亡回顾调查资料、1985～ 1989年的 1/10人口的全死因抽样调查及 1990～ 1992的连续调查资料 ,进行统计、分析。结果 :近2 2年来 ,乳山市居民胃癌死亡率仍处于高水平 ,肝癌、肺癌的死亡率则逐年上升。结论 :建立全市人民的标准化癌症登记报告系统 ,对于了解和掌握本市恶性肿瘤流行动态及进行肿瘤防治都是非常必要的。
Objective: To review the mortality rates of prevalent malignancies in Rushan City from 1970 till 1992 and to analyze the changes of these rates during the period between 1970 and 1992,and also to predict the tendencies of changing in incidences of these malignancies in future years in this city for providing information to local government.Methods:Form the total death records registered in the years between 1970 and 1974,1985 and 1989,and between 1990 and 1992,we selected those died of prevalent malignant diseases for our investigation and standardized statistics. Then,we studied the change in the mortality rate of each type of malignant tumor during these periods to predict the tendency of the changing of incidence of each type of malignant disease in future years.Results:During the period of 1970 to 1992,the mortality rate of gastric cancer was still remained at the highest level,and the mortality rates of hepatic carcinoma,lung cancer and leukemia were raised.But the mortality rate of the carcinoma of uterine cervix was declined apparently.Conclusion:To establish the standardized,regular system of malignant tumor registration in every county or city is important for providing this information to the local government to budget correctly the financial expenditure required to satisfy the demand for the diagnostic and therapeutic equipment,etc,for diagnosing and treating those cancer patients in future years in this city.[
