摘要
补贴与反补贴措施是国际经济发展的产物 ,是随着现代国际贸易的形成而出现的。中国加入世界贸易组织后在补贴和反补贴方面面临新的形势。中国已制定了补贴与反补贴措施。中国出口所面临的反补贴形势是艰巨的。中国应利用反补贴调查保护国内市场 ,必须加大立法与执法力度 ,在出口方面必须改革补贴体制 ,执行2 0 0 2年反补贴条例的相关规定。
Subsidies and countervailing measure are the fruit of international economic development and they emerge with the coming out of the modern international trade. After entering the WTO, China is facing new situation in the aspect of subsidies and countervailing and has taken measures to cope with it. The countervailing situation China is facing is serious and arduous. So China should make use of the countervailing investigation to protect domestic market, should strengthen the legislation and law implementation. In the respect of export, China should reform the subsidy system and implement the related regulations of the 2002 Countervailing Regulations.
