摘要
我国跨国并购政策中的人民币汇率政策、外汇管理制度以及信贷制度与WTO《补贴与反补贴措施协议》仍然存在着一定的距离与冲突。这在以后的并购贸易中很可能引起WTO其他成员国对我国的反补贴调查。为此我国应当采取法律措施,以避免或减少国际贸易中的摩擦。
Tbere is still a gap and confliel between RMB exchange rate policy, foreign exchange system, credit system and WTO the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. It may give rise to the anti - subsidy investigate by the other WTO members in the trade of Cross - border M＆A. Our country should take measures for Avoiding and Reducing the Rub in international trade.
