摘要
领导人才素质测评是人才测评的理论与方法在领导领域中的实践。领导工作的特点决定了其素质测评的特殊性与迫切性。在领导领域应用一般人才测评的理论与方法,有很多问题值得反思,如:测评理论与方法的新发展对领导人才素质测评的启示何在?运用测评新理论、新方法要注意什么前提?如何实现领导人才素质测评理论与方法的中国化?等等。响应这些问题的挑战,必须建构适应新时代要求、符合领导特质、具有全球化视野和中国特色的领导人才素质测评理论与方法体系。
Assessment on leaders' competency is the practice of assessment theories and methods for the leadership. Due to the particularity of leaders' competency, this practice has some different characteristics vs. others. When using traditional theories and methods to assess leaders' diathesis, there are many problems that we should pay attention to. For example, what's the premise of applying the new development of the assessment theories and methods? How to nativize the western assessment theories and methods? In order to solve these problems, we must build up an assessment system of our own, which adapts to the demand of era and leadership, and hasboth global eyesight and nativized feature.
