摘要
本文综述了近年来国内有关葡萄籽油的理化特性、制取工艺、精炼工艺以及营养及食疗价值等研究报道 ,并对我国今后葡萄籽油产品的研究和开发提出了建议。
Research achievements in recent years in China on physicochemical properties,extraction and refinement technologies and nutrition and therapy value of grape seed oil were summarized.Some suggestions for research and development of grape seed oil in the future were made.
