摘要
循环经济是一种生态经济 ,是一种建立在物质不断循环利用基础上的经济发展模式 ,是一种善待地球的经济发展新模式 ,其特征是自然资源的低投入、高利用和废弃物的低排放。发展循环经济是时代的要求 ,是实现可持续发展的一个重要途径 ,同时也是保护环境和削减污染的根本手段。发展循环经济就是保护环境 ,其主要的体现就是它的 3R原则。生态工业是循环经济的重要形态 。
Circle economy is an ecological economy.It is also an economic model which is based on the material's continuous circle use and is good to the earth.Its characters are the low putting in and high use of natural resources and the low emission of the waste materials.It is the request of times and an important way to realize the sustained development.At the same time,it is also a basic method to protect environment and reduce pollution.Developing circle economy means environmental protection and the 3R principle is the major expression.Ecological industry is the best form of circle economy.Ecoindustrial park is a new industrial organization form according to the principle of circle economy and industrial ecology.
